Key Responsibilities:
Prep surfaces (taping, sanding, masking, etc.)
Interior and exterior painting (brushing, rolling, spraying)
Maintain a clean and safe job site
Follow project timelines and deliver high-quality work
Work collaboratively with the team and respect client properties
Qualifications:
Experience preferred, but not required (we’re willing to train the right person)
Attention to detail and a strong work ethic
Ability to follow directions and meet deadlines
Reliable transportation and valid ID
